Our Microbiological testing of food  for parameters including Listeria, Salmonella, Enterococci, Staphylococcus aureus, TPC and Coliforms.

In addition we provide testing to verify hygiene and cleaning regimes with equipment, surface and hand swabs and also settle plate microbial air monitoring.
